Whitney at the front desk was so helpful. We came in due to the storm displacing us from our home in Augusta and were experiencing price gouging in Sumter. Whitney made sure to put us in a suite our family could fit into, and also made sure that we knew about the free laundry services. This hotel was a blessing with the gaming area for the kids, the outside area for them to run around, the indoor pool, and the extra space in the room. All the staff was very friendly. We had some noise complaints about our kids running around but the manager made sure to let me know we were ok! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was way bigger than expected... The hotel is very modern inside. The bathroom was huge .. the room I was in had two TVs and plenty of outlets to plug everything in. The needs are comfortable.

The property is very well maintained. It seemed like the hotel just opened and we were the first guest. Everything was exceptionally clean. It smelled really good. The staff was inviting as soon as we walked through the automatic doors.

This was a perfect halfway stop coming from Florida heading up to Virginia since there was also a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel itself was perfect for my needs, the beds were comfortable, the room was lovely, the lobby was really nice, and the staff were incredibly nice. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

I reserved 2 rooms that were next door to each other. My room was fine, but my guests in the other room told me that as soon as they entered the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Other than that it was ok.

I will highly recommend rhis hotel, its rooms r up dated n modern, orice was good. The location was good, there were 2 restaurants 2 the left of the hotel. U do need a car.. I will return. ✌🏾
